Once order be placed and approved by vendor, customer can cancel the order till 4 (Four) hours after placing the order or before cutoff time. If the payment is done using online payment method, we process the refund same day if cancellation is done before 6:00 PM or if cancellation is done after 6:00 PM, refund will be processed on next working days. W process the "Instant Refund" if available and refund credited instantly in original payment method or normal refund and it takes 3-5 working days to credit the refund.
After the four hours of the confirmation of the order or after the cutoff time, whichever is earlier, system will not permit the customer to cancel the order. In exceptional case only, the order can be cancelled if customer contacts with Customer Care Executive and they found a genuine reason, refund will be processed as mentioned above for cancelled order.
We always request customer to check and validate the quality of food items at the time of the delivery to ensure what is delivered meets the quality parameters. If there will be any dispute, we always resolve the issue immediately; the delivery boy has to contact with the Back Office Operation team.
If there will be any issues / complain regarding the quality of food, we request customer to keep the food and not throw it. Our executive will visit and ascertain the quality using the testing kit which is authorized by Indian Government food quality assurance body. We used to resolve the issue at the earliest.
